Maxwell G. Katsarelas, MAI is a State Certified General Appraiser in the State of Michigan, License #1205075548 and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Max has been active in commercial real estate appraisal for nearly ten years and has served a variety of clients including property owners, developers, investors, law firms, accountants, municipalities, lending institutions, etc.

Max is currently a Director at Integra Realty Resources - Detroit and was previously employed by Vertalka & Vertalka in Lansing. Max has extensive experience providing commercial real estate valuations and consulting services across Michigan. He is consistently recognized for his integrity, attention-to-detail and ability to complete assignments on-time, regardless of complexity.

Max lives in Metro-Detroit with his wife and two boys. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going Up North, landscaping, and following Detroit sports teams.
